Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of pixeldesignpoint.com and any purchase of digital products or design services through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. pixeldesignpoint is based at 600 Atherton Dr, Metairie, LA 70001, USA.

• Digital products — a curated catalogue of downloadable design assets (brand kits, social media templates, Notion systems, UI/web kits), delivered electronically, one-time purchase, under the license you select at checkout (Standard or Extended — see Section 4).
• Design services — five fixed-scope, fixed-price productized design packages, with published deliverables, revision counts, and turnaround times on each service page. Scope outside these five published packages is treated as a bespoke project, quoted separately after a conversation via the contact form.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase at the listed price, accepted once payment is processed. All prices are in US dollars. Estimated sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing address. This site currently runs a demo checkout — no real payment is processed through it in its current configuration.

Every digital product is sold under one of two licenses, selected at checkout:

• Standard License — use in your own and client projects, unlimited in number. No resale or redistribution of the source files themselves.
• Extended License — everything in Standard, plus the right to build the assets into a product you sell (a template, a theme, a paid system). Still no standalone redistribution of the raw source files.

Once a service package is purchased, email your order reference to support@pixeldesignpoint.com to schedule kickoff — the studio replies within 1 business day to collect project materials. Each service page publishes its own deliverables, revision count, and turnaround timeline; those specifics are part of this agreement for that engagement. Revisions beyond a tier's published count, and scope changes requested after kickoff, are quoted and agreed separately before work proceeds. Turnaround times begin at kickoff, not at the moment of purchase, and assume timely delivery of requested materials and feedback from you.

Full terms: Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link is issued; faulty or misdescribed files are always replaced or refunded; service packages cancelled before kickoff receive a full refund, and after kickoff are refunded pro-rata for undelivered milestones. Scheduled sessions within an engagement — kickoff calls, review or presentation calls, consultations — may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start; within 24 hours, up to 50% of that session's fee may be charged, or the session counted as used.

You agree not to use this site to violate any law, to infringe anyone's intellectual property rights, to attempt to disrupt the site's operation, or to resell purchased files beyond the scope of the license you purchased.

All site content — design, code, and the digital products themselves — is owned by pixeldesignpoint or licensed to it, except for the rights explicitly granted to you under the license you purchase. Purchasing a product or service does not transfer ownership of pixeldesignpoint's underlying design system, templates, or brand.

To the fullest extent permitted by Louisiana and US law, pixeldesignpoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or the products and services purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Louisiana.
