Is there a refund if I don't like a digital download?
Digital downloads are non-refundable once the link is issued, which is standard for this kind of product. Faulty or misdescribed files are always replaced or refunded.
How fast do service packages actually run?
Turnaround is published per package — 5 business days for the fastest (Template Customization) up to 6 weeks for the largest (Website Design, Site + Build-Ready Handoff).
Do you offer unlimited revisions?
No. Every package publishes a fixed revision count — 2 to 4 rounds depending on the package. That's a deliberate choice, not a limitation we hide.
